Four questions. Then you’ll know.
Answer honestly — about your current roster, as it stands today.
15 mental rehearsal tools. Built before the season starts. Every athlete — Varsity, JV, Freshman.
In the interactive tool builder, every athlete on your roster creates a personal mental rehearsal tool for the 15 highest-pressure situations in sport — mistake recovery, scoreboard pressure, momentum swings, dead-time focus. In their own words. Before the season starts. Then they rep them all season long.

Each tool shows the athlete three things: the moment it’s built for, what breaks untrained, and what they build — a personal, scripted response in their own words.

Daily mental fitness. 365 days. 10 minutes a day.
This is the engine: a structured daily workout of the day — for the brain. Every day, a short neuroscience-based session builds one of 15 performance mindsets — the same category of visualization and mental rehearsal training elite athletes do daily. And it works: athletes raise their measured mental strength baselines +24% — after just 30 days.
The mindset of the day
Each session opens with a short video on the day’s mindset — what it is, and where it shows up in competition.
Mental rehearsal & visualization
Guided prompts walk the athlete through rehearsing real game situations in their mind — so nothing in competition surprises them.
Typed + spoken reps
Athletes answer both in writing and out loud into the audio tool — because the brain encodes deepest across multiple modalities.
The Reflection & Improvement Scorecard.
Here’s something we’re adamant about: the only way an athlete improves competition to competition is intentional reflection. Not a car-ride mood. A process. After every competition, the Reflection Coach walks each player through three things — what they learned, what they can improve, and what they did well — written down or spoken out loud, every single time.

On the left — a real reflection after a tough loss: what broke down, what held up, where the mistakes piled up. Notice it never lets the athlete wallow — every answer moves toward a lesson. On the right, the result: a Debrief Card with three things locked in — Bank It (what worked), Next Rep (what to drill), and Carry Forward (the lesson) — plus the mindsets exercised, saved to their Locker. Competition after competition, those cards become a season-long record of how your athlete thinks.
Your version goes deeper — and writes your next practice script.
Seasons blur together — games stack up and by Thursday you’ve forgotten what Tuesday deserved. So the coach version adds The Coach’s Debrief: right after the game, you voice in what happened — who stepped up, who needs work — and it turns your notes into a ready-to-use talk track for the next practice, so the right players get recognized and the right things get corrected, every time. And there’s a private layer only you see: which players need encouragement, who’s been flagged for a check-in, and a private note on your own coaching.

Two minutes of voice notes become a practice takeaway and a full talk track — an opener, a celebrate section, corrections, and player callouts, ready for the next day.

The Confidence Coach: primed to win in four short interactions.
Right before competition, every player runs a quick session with the Confidence Coach — three or four short interactions designed to do one thing: get them into a confident, focused flow state before it counts. No nerves left to chance. And every session moves them along the belt progression — Red → Silver → Black — so confidence becomes something they can see themselves earning.

On the left — a real interaction: “I compete in 30 minutes, I need to get pumped up” gets an immediate visualization and priming routine, not a platitude. On the right — where it all lives: every athlete’s running dashboard with their belt progression (Red → Silver → Black), one-tap access to the Coach, the Debrief, and the Daily Performance Review, and a Mindset Map showing exactly which of the 15 mindsets they’ve been repping over the last 30 days.
Your total lift: one decision and a short video.
You don’t run this program. It runs itself — and reports to you. Here’s the entire execution, start to finish:
You enroll the whole roster
One decision covers your entire roster: Varsity, JV, and Freshman. No per-athlete setup, no logistics on you.
A short intro video
You and your athletes watch a single onboarding video — download the app, create accounts, done. That's the whole setup.
A concierge consultant from client success
You're assigned a dedicated consultant from our client success team — any question, any problem, one person to call.
Training begins — on the athletes' own time
Tools get built, daily mental fitness starts, and the program runs on the athletes' own time — not your practice time.
An automatic scorecard
A weekly report lands in your inbox: which athletes completed their tools, who's putting in their daily reps, who needs a nudge.
A running coach script
A week-by-week coach playbook tells you exactly how to use each tool with your team. No guesswork. No prep.
